7 Oils to Turn the Looks in 7 Days

Vacations are always sudden, even when planned for months. Most of us generally start making emergency preparations, both in terms of our bags and our bodies.

For these cases, it has found 7 miracle oils that will help you maintain your natural beauty and prepare you for the holidays.

7. Sesame oil for healthy teeth

Sesame oil contains various acids and multivitamins. Rinse your mouth with this oil and your teeth will be whiter, improving the regeneration of your gums, oral cavity, and tongue. Just make sure you get it right.

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 glass of warm water

What to do:

  • Bring the oil to your mouth and rinse for 15 to 20 minutes as if you were sucking on candy.
  • Spit out the oil.
  • The oil should change the color of the teeth to white. If not, increase the rinse time.
  • Rinse your mouth with a soda and water solution. Clean your teeth and tongue.

6. Hibiscus oil for hair growth

Hibiscus is exactly what fine hair needs. The vitamin C in its oil helps increase collagen in the hair, while the amino acids nourish and strengthen the roots. Ground petals can wake up “sleeping” hair bulbs, causing them to grow back. Therefore, the shafts of your hair become thicker and the hairstyle gains more volume.

  • Add 3 drops of hibiscus essential oil to 100 ml of your shampoo.
  • Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage the head until it reaches the roots and the skin. Let the shampoo work for 2-3 minutes.
  • Wash with lukewarm water and repeat if necessary. Use your hair conditioner after that.

If you have light hair, you should first consult your hairdresser, because even hibiscus oil contains coloring pigments.

5. Castor oil for thick eyebrows and lashes

The only downside to castor oil is its smell. Otherwise, it is beneficial for everyone: fatty substances improve cell metabolism, while stearic and linoleic acids prevent moisture from evaporating and protect small hair from fall, dryness, and the effects of heat and sun.

You will need:

  • A used mascara tube
  • 3-5 ml castor oil

What to do:

  • All other mascara contains silicone that melts with heat. Wash the tube and brush in hot water to rinse off any mascara residue.
  • Fill the tube with castor oil and store it in a warm place, but not hot.
  • Apply mascara to the eyebrows and eyelashes before going to bed.
  • You will see the first results in a week and in two weeks your lashes will be significantly longer.

4. Flaxseed oil for detox

Flaxseed oil has been considered almost a panacea since time immemorial. A wide range of fatty acids, vitamins, and potassium make it a must-have for anyone. Carefully detoxifies your body, restarting metabolic processes after seven days of regular intake. For best results, include it in your daily diet.

  • Take 1 teaspoon fasting in the morning with a little cold water, if necessary. Eat breakfast after half an hour.
  • Repeat 30-40 minutes before dinner.
  • Increase to 1 tablespoon after one week, if well tolerated.

3. Tea tree oil for acne

Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, fungicidal, antiviral, and healing properties. It is commonly used in the treatment of acne and as a care for oily or problem skin.

You will need:

  • 2 tsp oatmeal
  • 2 tsp cosmetic clay
  • 20 ml kefir
  • 2 drops tea tree oil

What to do:

  • Mix the oatmeal, clay, and kefir into a porridge.
  • Add the oil and mix well.
  • Apply to the face for 15-20 minutes.
  • Wash with cold water.

2. Olive oil for soft feet

The ingestion of olive oil, thanks to its monounsaturated fatty acids, benefits the liver and stomach. It also lowers cholesterol levels. From the outside, this nourishing oil improves the condition of the skin, hair, and nails. It can be used both as a separate treatment and in combination with other beauty products.

You will need:

  • 5 drops of lemon juice
  • iodized alcohol

What to do:

  • Heat the oil a little.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Dip your feet in the oil and hold it there for 10-15 minutes.
  • Treat your feet with iodized alcohol and apply a nourishing cream.
  • Put on cotton socks after the dive for the best effect.

1. Almond oil for nails and cuticles

Almond oil should be used daily to nurture and regenerate skin cells. It also has an antifungal effect.

You will need:

  • 250 ml warm water (45-50°C)
  • 1 tbsp almond oil

What to do:

  • Add the oil to the water and slowly dip your hands in it.
  • Keep your hands in this position for 10 minutes and then dry them with a paper towel.
  • Repeat every night.

For a more nourishing effect, massage your hands with healing oil (50 ml of almond oil + 30 drops of lavender essential oil + 15 drops of lemon juice).

Note: For a more stable effect, use the oils for at least a week. In addition to masks, you can add them to your daily creams, hair conditioners, and all kinds of serums. Some oils can be taken orally.

Important: Before using any oil, read the package leaflet and consult your doctor.
