To help your skin look perfect and beautiful, we have put together a list of 20 beauty habits that prove that taking care of your skin is much easier and more fun than you thought.
The Key To Looking Beautiful
- Exfoliate your entire body regularly. Use a sugar scrub, exfoliating glove, or loofah when in the shower. Rub it into your skin in circular motions to remove dead skin cells.
- Moisturize your skin every day with a lotion or moisturizer.
- Every 15 days, use a jelly mask to remove blackheads from your face. Mix one tablespoon of unflavored gelatin with two tablespoons of milk, microwave for 10 seconds, apply to face, and allow to dry; then remove it carefully and enjoy the result.
- Wash your face with a cleanser or warm water before bed to remove contamination, oil, and bacteria from skin pores.
- Make sure to wear your sunscreen. Ultraviolet radiation is the leading cause of early wrinkles, age spots, and even skin cancer.
- Drink lots of water. Helps your skin function at an optimal level. When you are dehydrated, the elasticity and purity of your skin are reduced.
- Apply a small amount of pure aloe vera gel under the eyes and around the mouth two to three times a week before going to bed. This natural recipe helps prevent wrinkles and fine lines.
- Get rid of stress. Anxiety has a detrimental effect on all organs, including the skin. You stress less and your skin will thank you.
- Clean properly. Removing make-up at night is absolutely mandatory! If you skip this step, your pores will quickly clog and your skin will become dull and irritated.
- At least once a month, make a beauty detox shake. Mix a little beet with a little orange juice, a carrot, an apple, half a cucumber, and a little celery. This shake will help you hydrate your skin and eliminate toxins.
- Exercise. Good exercise stimulates the metabolism and stimulates the skin renewal process.
- Every 15 days gently exfoliate the skin of the face with an exfoliating cream or a mixture of natural yogurt and fine sugar crystals. Gently rub into skin in circular motions. You can also cut a lemon in half, add a little salt to it and use it as a delicate revitalizing scrub.
- Get more sleep. When you sleep, your cells regenerate and your skin regains its elasticity and firmness. Take care of yourself and get the rest you deserve.
- Get a proper facial at home with an all-natural facial mask. An oatmeal face mask is ideal for people with oily skin; An avocado mask soothes and nourishes dry, itchy skin. If you have combination skin, a honey and papaya face mask is just what you need.
- Take biotin daily. This vitamin promotes cell regeneration and renewal processes and makes skin and nails grow faster. Take one capsule every morning and remember that biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, so you should drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Use a clay (mud) mask if you have an oily T-zone (nose, forehead, and/or the chin). If you have oily skin, we recommend using this mask regularly.
- The cucumber is your ally. We’ve all seen those movies and commercials where women lie with cucumber slices over their eyes. Well, this plant really does wonders for your skin. Cucumber juice calms and rejuvenates and makes your face look fresh and bright.
- Place moist tea bags over the eyes to reduce dark circles and puffiness. We also recommend using green tea as a facial toner twice a week: it tightens pores and has an antibacterial and anti-aging effect.
- Avoid your face when you spray your fragrance. Most of our fragrances contain ingredients that can cause collagen to break down under the surface of the skin.
- Wear quality makeup. Choose beauty products carefully and remember that your skin absorbs everything you apply.
