6 Simple Turmeric Masks for Gorgeous, Glowing Skin

6. Reducing Inflammation

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1 tsp of soda

How to use it:

Grind the banana, then add the soda and yogurt. Put it on your face for 10-15 minutes before washing off. This mask is useful because bananas are good for reducing inflammation and acne. There is even information that bananas can be used to treat wounds and burns.

5. Getting Rid of Large Pores

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of yogurt
  • 1 tsp of cosmetic clay
  • 1/2 tsp of honey (if you are not allergic)

How to use it:

Mix cosmetic clay with yogurt and honey. Put the mask on your face and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Wash with cold water. This mask is great because yogurt helps remove puffy pores and lightens pigment spots.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey

How to make:

Mix a ground avocado with milk and honey.

How to use it:

Apply to the face for 10-15 minutes and wash with warm water. Avocados contain “healthy” fats. Moisturizes dry skin and is ideal for reducing the effects of UV light. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect that helps improve acne.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots
  • Water

How to use it:

Peel the carrots and blend them in a blender, adding a lot of water. Put the mask on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. The beta-carotene contained in carrots helps heal small sores on the face and makes the skin look healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/3 glass of water
  • 5 drops of vitamin E

How to use it:

Boil the oatmeal in water and let it cool. Add vitamin E. Then apply the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes and wash it off with water. Thanks to the soft structure of oats, this mask is great for sensitive skin. It will remove dead skin cells and hydrate your skin.

  • 1 tbsp of lemon
  • 1 tbsp of honey

How to use it:

Mix lemon with honey. Wash your face with lukewarm water. Apply the mixture on your face. Wash with warm water in 20 minutes. Honey has a good moisturizing effect and lemon is ideal for purifying.

Before wearing any mask, try it on on a part of the body that people cannot see. This is a good way to check for an allergic reaction.
